If your horse has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
If you have an emergency during the evening after 5pm until 8.30am or at the weekend, please call our office number on 01628 477219 and our out of hours service will take your details to be passed onto the duty vet. Please note, our on call is covered in part by Equicall, a dedicated out of hours equine emergency service.
